The play equipment at Llanblethian Playing Fields has been upgraded ready for the Summer. 

A £10,000 grant from the National Lottery was given to Cowbridge with Llanblethian Council in a bid to update the park. 

The council also used £5,000 of their own money as well as £3,000 of capital funding from Play Wales. 

The original slide at the park is currently cornered off for safety reasons and is not expected to be replaced.
